Mahmoud explained that Articles 368 and 369 of the Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 stipulate that he who punishes an outbreak of an epidemic will be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding three years, because it harms the lives of others or a six-month error with a financial fine, calling the crisis cell to implement These two penalties for anyone who does not abide by the ban.
