The leader of the "Victory" coalition, Muhammad al-Abd Rabu, confirmed that the Prime Minister-designate Adnan al-Zarfi has a majority in the House of Representatives to pass his government cabinet, despite the presence of some political opposition by Shiite blocs.
Abd Al-Rabu said in a statement, “Passing Al-Zarfi in the parliament is not difficult, as he has sufficient numbers of supporters and willing to pass his government, calling on the
opposing blocs to attend the parliament, and expressing its position in every democracy, instead of going towards the language of power, threat and intimidation.
He added, that the external interventions in Iraqi affairs will make the task difficult and complicate the political scene significantly, without specifying the nature of these interventions and their parties.
