    [rtl]Baghdad / Nina / The deputy of an independent bloc, Faleh Al-Ziyadi, confirmed that the Prime Minister-designate Adnan Al-Zorfi will not withdraw from the assignment, stressing that Parliament will be Al-Faisal by accepting or rejecting his cabinet.

    Al-Ziyadi said in a statement to Nina that Al-Zarfi’s mandate is constitutional and legal and issued by Republican Decree, and therefore Al-Zarfi will never apologize for the mandate and Al-Faisal will be in the House of Representatives by voting for his cabinet cabinet and his government approach or rejecting them.

    He stressed that there are some Shiite blocs that refuse to assign Al-Zarfi and have sent a book signed by the leader of two Shiite blocs only to the President of the Republic to change the assignment to another person, but this matter cannot happen because there is an official constitutional mandate.

    He explained that the legal and constitutional way to change the mandate is Zarrafi's apology, and this will not happen or the House of Representatives will reject its cabinet.

    Al-Ziyadi indicated that the representatives began collecting 50 signatures and sending them to the Presidency of the House of Representatives to hold a voting session on the ministerial cabinet and the curriculum for the Al-Zorfi government according to the internal system of the Council of Representatives. / End 9[/rtl]
