{Baghdad: Al Furat News} Member of the Parliamentary Oil and Gas Committee, Rebwar Taha, announced today, Friday, that the agreement of the (OPEC +) states necessitates the necessity of dialogue between the government and the Kurdistan region on the rate of oil production.
Taha said that "during the next few days, the federal government will meet with the Kurdistan Regional Government to discuss the oil issue and the rate of production."
He pointed out that "Baghdad needs the Kurdistan region to agree on the production of Kurdistan's oil in line with the total daily production of Iraq."
He stressed the need to "improve Iraq 's relations with oil - producing countries to support the country's quota for Iraq from the reduction in coordination with the Gulf countries and Russia" .anthy
