a spokesman for the International Alliance, Miles Caggins, revealed the date for training the peshmerga forces after Ramadan, under the supervision of NATO.
"We decided to withdraw from our bases in northern Iraq, after the Iraqi forces after 2014 managed to achieve great victories and regain their strength, as they were able to hold the ground," Caggins said.
He added, "Fears of ISIS remain, as the organization poses a real threat and has the ability to attack, especially in Diyala and Kirkuk."
He continued: "We have been talking for 6 months with the governments of Iraq and the Kurdistan region about installing the defense system to address the threats of ISIS, and we are able to fight two wars against ISIS and Koruna at one time."
He added: "We are planning to resume training the peshmerga at the end of Ramadan. Most of our coaches are from Italy, Hungary and Finland, and these are ready to return."
To date, the international coalition forces have withdrawn from 6 military bases and sites in Anbar, Nineveh, Kirkuk, and Baghdad. Ended 6/29 N
