Member of Parliament, Al-Fateh Hanin Qadu, revealed the requirement of the Sunni component to allocate 6 ministries to them in the booth of the new official in charge of forming the government, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and Kurdish conditions related to the province’s share in the federal budget and peshmerga salaries.
Qaddo told Al-Mirbad that Al-Kazemi faces the same political conditions and pressures that the former commissioner, Mohammed Tawfiq Allawi, was subjected to, which led to his withdrawal.
He added that the Kurdish component has conditions, some of which are impossible to apply, according to him, related to the application of Article 140 in Kirkuk and other regions, in addition to allocating 17% of the state budget and a number of sovereign ministries, including the Ministry of Finance, in addition to the payment of peshmerga salaries.
He also revealed that the Sunni component also required that Al-Kazimi allocate 6 ministries to them in his government cabinet, indicating the continuation of negotiations and discussions on forming a government.
