Fahmy: America is seeking to replace its military presence with an economic one

The Secretary of the Iraqi Communist Party Raed Fahmy revealed, on Monday, the intention of the United States of America to conduct negotiations with Baghdad on replacing its military presence with great economic cooperation after the formation of Mustafa Al-Kazemi’s government.
