The Ministry of Interior directed to prepare an electronic form to update citizens' information

{Baghdad: Al Furat News} Today, Saturday, the Minister of the Interior, Yassin Al-Yasiri, chaired the meeting of the Ministry’s Opinion Board No. (2) for the year 2020 in the presence of the Ministry’s undersecretaries and members.
During the meeting, according to the statement of the Ministry of Interior, "Follow-up phases of the implementation of the paragraphs of the previous meeting of the opinion committee were discussed, discussing a number of issues related to simplifying administrative procedures in front of completing the transactions of citizens, and taking decisions that fall within the framework of developing the ministry's work at various levels."
Al-Yasiri directed during the meeting "the unification of the social media sites of the Ministry of the Interior," noting that "one electronic window is allocated to all the ministry's formations in order to unify efforts and present activities and respond to appeals."
He also ordered "the formation of a joint committee from the directorates of Civil Status and Intelligence for the purpose of preparing an electronic form to update citizens' housing information," calling for it to "be published on the Internet via the official website."
He emphasized that "the form will replace in the future the demand for the letter of housing support to complete the citizens' transactions, pointing out: The completion of the electronic form project helps to stabilize the security situation and reduces the links of the administrative routine." is over
