Al-Ghadban said, in a press conference after the meeting with the Kurdish delegation,: "We agreed to reduce the export quantities of oil, and we also discussed the issue of gas investment, and we submitted a proposal to invest stations to increase electricity generation, and a team of oil and electricity will be sent to the region to discuss this matter." .
With the provincial finance minister Awat Janab said: "We agreed to reduce oil production, and a mechanism to invest gas for the benefit of both parties. We also agreed in principle to secure part of the electricity of Kirkuk and Mosul."
