The militias that have been in the ranks and commanders of Abu Fadak are the most powerful and well-known criminal mobilization militia, led by Al-Nujaba, Al-Asaib, and the Hezbollah Brigades of Iraq. The decision to separate was in the interest of Iran and its militias, and not the opposite, as some believe.
The crowd is now fully Iranian and the Iraqi gangs that were present in it and follow Sistani have become reservists of the Prime Minister.
And 4 armed Shiite factions had formally withdrawn from the Popular Mobilization Organization in Iraq, and joined the special forces associated with the Prime Minister, and the source, a Defense Ministry officer who requested not to be named, said: "The Abbas faction faction factions, Ali al-Akbar Brigade and the Imam Brigade Ali and the Ansar al-Marjayya Brigade formally withdrew from the Popular Mobilization Committee, after the approval of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi. He added that "the four factions were directly linked (after the withdrawal) to the Prime Minister, as they were classified as reserve forces for the Prime Minister, and were no longer among the PMF formations. He explained that" the withdrawal of the four factions came due to administrative and financial differences between the faction leaders and the administrative authorities in Popular Mobilization Authority.
The terrorist terrorist crowd consists of Shiite armed factions, through a fatwa from the Supreme Shiite authority in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Ali al-Sistani, in June 2014. The most prominent factions of the popular crowd are the Badr Organization led by Hadi al-Amiri, Asaib Ahl al-Haqq led by Qais Khazali, the Peace Corps of Muqtada al-Sadr, and the Ashura Brigades It is led by Ammar al-Hakim, and the al-Abbas Combat Division, which is affiliated with the Abbasid threshold in Karbala, the al-Najaba movement led by Akram al-Kaabi, and the Hezbollah Brigades led by Ja`far al-Ghanmi, as well as fighters from the Shabak and Christians.
Differences and conflicts had intensified between a number of Iranian-backed armed factions, and factions supported by the Najaf authority, represented by Sistani, after (Abu Fadak) was chosen to serve as the deputy head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, instead of Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, who was killed by the American raid, near Baghdad International Airport, with the commander of the Iranian Quds Force, Qassem Soleimani. Abu Fadak is considered a leader of the Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades militia, and a figure close to Soleimani, and has ties to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. In light of these differences, the Commander-in-Chief of the Iraqi Armed Forces, Adel Abdul-Mahdi, decided to disengage the threshold forces of the Marjiya from the PMF, and to link them directly administratively and operationally to him personally, to prevent any collision and friction between these factions.
A leader in the terrorist popular crowd said that there has been a long struggle between Najaf and Tehran over the leadership of the Popular Mobilization Organization. The authority of Najaf in Sistani wants to lead this body by figures who have no external ties and connections, or with factions that operate outside the control and authority of the Iraqi government. And the leader, who requested not to be named, said, "The Najaf authority informed the commander-in-chief of the Iraqi armed forces, Adel Abdul-Mahdi, of refusing to take over Abu Fadak, deputy chief of the crowd, but the pressure of the factions loyal to Tehran forced Abdul-Mahdi to take a decision to appoint" Abu Fadak "with this. The position, after a dispute over the position that lasted for nearly 3 months between the factions.
Political analyst Mohamed Al-Tamimi told "Iram News" that "Abdul-Mahdi took this decision to disengage the factions loyal to Najaf from the leadership of Abu Fadak, to prevent any friction and clashes between the factions, and also so that these factions do not disobey the orders of the Popular Mobilization Authority, issued from Abu Fadak. " And Al-Tamimi stated that "the factions loyal to Najaf moved a while ago to disengage them from the Popular Mobilization Organization, to be within the Ministry of Defense, but Abdul Mahdi refused this, and decided to link these factions to him personally, in his capacity as commander-in-chief of the armed forces. And until he got out of the problem."
