The Council of Ministers held, on Tuesday, a regular session headed by Deputy Prime Minister Thamer Al-Ghadban and took several decisions, including agreeing to run out of a framework memorandum of understanding between Iraq and the Islamic Development Bank on a relief project.
"The cabinet held its regular session today, Tuesday, headed by Deputy Prime Minister and Oil Minister Thamer Al-Ghadban, through a closed-circuit television," the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement, which was received by Mawazine News.
The Council approved "the recommendation of the Ministerial Council for Human Development regarding the approval of amending Paragraph (2) of Council of Ministers Resolution No. (132 of 2011), by adding the phrase (establishing national centers for the care of youth talent) to the body of the decision."
The Council also decided to “approve the running out of a framework memorandum of understanding between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Islamic Development Bank regarding a relief project to support water supplies in the conflict-affected Al-Ishaqi area (IRQ-1045) signed on December 30, 2019, according to the provisions of Article (3 / second) ) Of the Contracts Law No. (35) of 2015. ”
