Integrity seizes violations of two million euros in a contract for the purchase of oil fire-fighting vehicles

The Investigation Department of the Integrity Commission revealed, on Wednesday, that it had identified violations of the contract for the purchase of oil firefighting vehicles equipped for the Maysan Oil Company, indicating that the value of the contract amounted to (2,000,000) million euros.
"The team was able to set the priorities of the contract and the copy of the contract for the purchase of oil firefighting vehicles equipped for Maysan Oil Company in 2009, in addition to seizing the documents that support violations of the contract clauses in terms of car specifications Fitted. ”
The statement added, "Its investigations concluded that there were technical defects and a difference in the certificate of origin, in addition to not supplying the car accessories stipulated in the contract whose value amounted to (1,920,000) million euros."
The commission confirmed, “A fundamental arrest record was seized of the seizures in the operation, and it was presented to Mr. Judge of the Investigation Court specialized in integrity issues in Maysan; To take appropriate legal measures. ” Ended / 25
