Parliamentary finance holds the government responsible for handling the 2020 budget

Al-Kiddo said in a statement to "Information", that "the orientation towards making changes in employee salaries or deductions should be through Parliament and through legislation for employees, judges, university professors and the three presidencies."
He added that "the executive authority bears the responsibility to pay the salaries of employees, as the committee will file its grievance with the 2020 budget law in order to know the government's special remedies for the crisis."
And that "the Kurdistan government with its sums large amounts must be delivered to Baghdad in order to take one of the treatments of the current financial crisis, in addition to resorting to border crossings as another option for financing the budget after the low oil prices." 25 n ended
