[size=18]On Friday, a member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Ghiath Surji, explained the reasons why the Justice Ministry candidate, Abd al-Rahman Mustafa, did not gain confidence in the House of Representatives as a candidate for the Ministry of Justice bag.
