Head of the Al-Fateh Parliamentary Bloc, Muhammad Al-Ghabban, added in a statement: "After the Al-Kazemi government was passed in the House of Representatives, and obtained significant international, regional and internal support, the United States does not consider passing the government a victory and a loss to its opponents in Iraq and the region.
