Commenting on her first cabinet meeting today, Al-Fatlawi said, "The session carried positive and organizational messages."
The most important of these messages, Al-Fatlawi added, "is to work for the early, fair and fair elections that will rearrange the dispersed political landscape."
Today, Saturday, the new cabinet held its first session, headed by [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/1016509584/%D9%85%D8%B5%D8%B7%D9%81%D9%89 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%83%D8%A7%D8%B8%D9%85%D9%8A/ar/][size=18]Mustafa Al-Kazemi[/url] , and took several decisions, including empowering its president and the Minister of Finance to release the salaries of retirees and canceling the previous cabinet decision on stopping funding, as well as amending the Parties Law.
The Council also decided to request the House of Representatives to complete the vote on the new election law and send it to the Presidency of the Republic for the purpose of bringing it into effect. Also, it decided to provide logistical support and provide all the capabilities available to the commission to enable it to hold elections after setting its date.
