Member of the Saeron Alliance, Mudar Al-Azrajawi, stressed the necessity of transferring some amounts between ministries in order to face the Corona pandemic, pointing out to some governorates that have recycled their amounts to 2020 due to not spending them in the 2019 budget
. "Most of the investment projects were not completed in 2019, and their funds were recycled for the current year, in addition to some governorates, whose funds were recycled because they were not spent last year."
He added that "the sums mentioned need to change the exchange side in order to dispose of them in order to face the Corona pandemic, as the Prime Minister was called upon to do so."
And that "the head of the Parliamentary Crisis Cell personally enters in order to change the direction of disbursement of funds and transfer them to the Corona pandemic, but there is a significant delay by the previous government, so these issues should be considered and resolved." 25 n ended
