Information / Baghdad ..
The head of the Parliamentary Agriculture Committee, Salam Al-Shammari, proposed on Sunday, relying on alternative oil to overcome the current crisis due to low oil prices, noting that getting out of the current crisis requires activating many vital sectors that can double the country's imports and support the financial budget.
Al-Shammari said in a statement to "Information", that "the economic crisis is global because of the low oil prices," noting that "relying on alternative oil" agriculture "and activating the border outlets is one of the main factors to double the country's non-oil imports."
He added, "The successive governments have not put in their priorities long-term future plans through which income sources are diversified," stressing that "relying on the agricultural sectors and border outlets will revive the upcoming financial budgets." Ended / 25h
