(Baghdad: Al Furat News) A deputy for the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan bloc announced that the candidate for the Union of Justice Ministry portfolio in the government of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi has been decided.
Rizan Dalir said in a press statement, "The Kurds have two remaining ministries in the Al-Kazemi government, which are justice that is part of our party {the National Union}, and {foreign}, which is from the share of {the Kurdistan Democratic Party} (led by Masoud Barzani) instead of the Ministry of Finance ".
And she stated, "The Ministry of Justice has decided its candidate by the {National Union}, which is Khaled Shwani, who currently holds the position of Minister of the Territory in the Kurdistan Regional Government, while the order of the {Foreign} candidate has not yet been decided by the (Kurdistan Democratic), which is Fouad Hussein amid opposition. Last Thursday, Parliament voted on the government curriculum for the new Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and 15 ministers were voted on, while 7 ministries remained unresolved to this day, namely foreign, oil, justice, agriculture, immigration, the displaced and culture.
