    The authority said in a statement that it received / the information, a copy of it, that “its staff in the Holy Najaf Investigation Office that transferred to a government bank in the governorate, after carrying out investigations, have found violations of instructions in the process of disbursing a loan outside the controls of a general contracting company, Pointing out that the loan amount is (8,000,000,000) billion dinars in two installments, for each installment (4,000,000,000) billion dinars and at 4% interest, with a one-year grace period.
    The statement added that "the loan is to be granted according to the estimate of the construction workers, which amounted to (400,000) thousand dinars per square meter, at a rate of twenty-five thousand meters, and that the construction is the material of" Al-Kasban, Block, Shillman and Glass ", which is the value of guaranteeing the repayment of the loan; The fact that the project land belongs to the municipality of Najaf.
    He explained, “The disclosure record was not signed by the bank’s former managers and the expert accredited to the bank, in clear and explicit violation of banking instructions, and it is considered weak in the guarantees that must be provided; In order to protect the public money from waste and loss, and after that, the loan was suspended due to information on violations and suspicions of corruption and waste of public money in it.
    The authority pointed out that "a fundamental arrest record was seized with the seizures in the process, which was carried out according to a judicial arrest warrant, and presented it to the judge of the investigation court in charge of integrity issues in Najaf, who decided to record the statements of the former managers of the bank." Ended / 25
