The Parliamentary Economic and Investment Committee promised, on Tuesday, the government's intention to go towards external borrowing to secure employee salaries and bridge the expected deficit as a risk to the country's economy, while indicating that the House of Representatives will reject the government's proposal to borrow abroad.
