, the representative of State of Law Abdul-Hadi Al-Saadawi revealed, on Wednesday, the reasons for the refusal of Estizar Fuad Hussein to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Khaled Shawani to justice.
Al-Saadawi said, "Fouad Hussein wasted money in the Ministry of Finance, and he has to refer to the judiciary for investigation, so we rule out that he will pass it to the Foreign Ministry bag."
He added, "Khaled Shawani took up arms against the Iraqi army and could not pass it in parliament to the Ministry of Justice," adding, "We rule out the passage and completion of the ministerial cabinet before Eid al-Fitr."
He stressed that "the rule of law refuses to vote on any candidate for a ministry that falls within the framework of sectarian quotas."
Parliament voted at its dawn last Thursday, on the ministerial cabinet of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, by passing 15 ministers, postponing the vote on the foreign and oil ministries, and rejecting the candidates of the ministries of trade, agriculture, culture, justice, immigration and the displaced.
