Deputy: The new electoral law is “obstructed” and whoever legislates it does not agree with its mechanisms

Between the independent deputy, Basem Khazaal, that the new election law has been obstructed, as those who legislate it do not agree with the mechanism of the electoral system, pointing out that a large part of the Iraqi street demanded this law, but it does not understand the nature of this system, as it will not serve its interest.
Khazal said in a statement to the "information", that "the new election law not only obstructed the blocks, but that the law obstructed itself, as the first part of the election law was legislated by people who did not understand the mechanism of the electoral system and went toward individual nomination without knowing the nature of the districts Electoral campaign. ”
He added, "The electoral law must be passed at one time, as it is interlinked in all of its paragraphs."
And that "the individual nomination system is the worst option that may be resorted to, especially as it lacks the correct division of regions, where there will be darkness during the voting process."
