Iran and Turkey announced their opposition to the Declaration of Independence and the division of the Kurdistan region of Iraq in simultaneous statements from Tehran and Ankara. Hussein said the Emir Abdallahaan, Assistant Arab and African Affairs at the Iranian Foreign Ministry, in an interview with the agency 'IRNA' official news agency, said that Iran stresses 'respect for the independence and sovereignty of Iraq and its national unity'.

He Abdallahaan 'We are strongly opposed to the division of Iraq, and they talk about the division of Iraq do not know the consequences of this', stressing that 'the leaders of the Kurdish region wise people do not intend to autonomy, and they are committed to the Constitution of the country'.

The Turkish government announced strong opposition to the secession of the Kurdistan region of Iraq with the announcement of the rejection of Turkey's remarks, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is calling for the establishment of a Kurdish state.

The deputy chairman of the Turkish government, Bulent Arinc, at the conclusion of a meeting of the Turkish government, said that 'the whole world knows our position official, should not be the division of Iraq, and not to leave the floor to the weapon, nor shed blood, do not put forces get their hands on Iraq, and must be kept Iraq society united '.

Arinc completely rejected the invitation of Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, to the establishment of an independent Kurdish state in northern Iraq, stressing that 'there in Iraq and the state constitution'.

The assurances come after the Turkish-Iranian remarks, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the support of Israel's declaration of independence of Iraqi Kurdistan, in a speech at a security forum in Tel Aviv, last Sunday, where he said 'we have to support Kurdish aspirations for independence.'

    Barzani wants a referendum

In this context, the President of Iraq's Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, on Tuesday, his intention to hold a referendum on independence for the region during the month, pointing out that Iraq is already divided, and that independence is a natural right of the Kurds.

Barzani said the network 'BBC' that while the Kurds lead role in a political solution to the crisis in Iraq, the independence of their natural right.

Barzani said that 'Iraq is already divided now, is it supposed to stay in this tragic situation of the country where you live? I decide I'm not the subject of independence, it is the people, we will hold a referendum within months'.

The head of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, had announced earlier, the determination of the region to hold a referendum for independence, saying that 'the time is ripe for the exercise of self-determination for the Kurds'.

It was Barzani's comments came during a ceremony, a few days ago, the 66 anniversary of the proclamation of the 'Republic of Mahabad', which was founded in February 1946 in Iranian Kurdistan.

The Republic of Mahabad was established northwest Iran, led by Kurdish cleric Judge Mohammed, supported Soviet directly, and the effective participation of Iraqi Kurds who led hundreds of them Kurdish leader historical Mullah Mustafa Barzani, but it was suppressed by the Shah of Iran after a year of its founding was executed leaders.

And retains the Kurds in Iraq largely autonomous since 1991, but it is at the moment and has reached the level of their power to enjoy the powers of an independent state, especially in light of the allocation of a large proportion of the federal budget for the Kurdistan Regional Government, an estimated 17% of the annual budget for Iraq.

With the start of the invasion of Daash of the conductor and the recent turmoil in Iraq, the Kurds move towards Kirkuk, and Kurdish peshmerga forces imposed control over the city of Kirkuk on June 12, the last in a historic shift in this city where the national diversity of Kurds, Arabs and Turkmen.

Turkey and Iran, the biggest hit

Observers believe that Turkey and Iran are the largest affected by the formation of an independent Kurdish state in northern Iraq, due to the presence of a large proportion of the Kurds in Iran and Turkey, which could lead to similar calls by the Kurds in both countries.

Turkey is seeking to find a solution to the Kurdish issue through the involvement of the Kurds in the political process and end the armed conflict with the PKK, which for decades long.

As for Iran, the armed confrontations have increased on the western border between the Revolutionary Guards and Iranian police with armed Iranian Kurdish factions in recent days, during which he fell dead from both sides.

Although the Iranian government keep good relations with the government of the Kurdistan region of Iraq, they have repeatedly stated that they oppose any secession of the territory in the framework of the support of its allies, the Shiite parties at the time of the holding power in Baghdad.
