Chairman of the Iranian-Emirati Joint Chamber of Commerce, Farshid Farzankan, announced on Saturday that the bilateral trade relations are growing and not affected by any defects, and that the two countries are determined to develop them.
"The UAE is the second largest economic partner of Iran, and the Chamber of Commerce seeks to preserve and upgrade the economic ties between the two sides," Farzankan said in a statement reported by Fars.
He pointed out that "Iran's imports from the UAE are not limited to consumer goods, but include equipment and parts used in industries, including machinery and spare parts for manufacturing smartphones, tablet and laptop computers, graphite electrodes and others."
And Farzankan explained that "Iranian exports to the UAE, like other countries, can be an engine for the country's jobs and revenues in terms of foreign exchange." End / 25
