    The American Foreign Policy magazine said that ending the influence of militias loyal to Tehran and replacing them with government security forces is the most prominent challenge for the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi.
    The analysis published by the magazine suggested that the conflict between the forces allied with the Iraqi Prime Minister, such as the Counter-Terrorism Service, against Iranian-backed groups, is much more complicated than the battle with ISIS, indicating that such a confrontation would involve the risk of undermining a security apparatus.
