Deputy: the blocs deliberately suspended the Federal Court law to prevent it from convening

On Wednesday, the head of the Rafidain bloc, Yonadam Kanna, accused the political blocs of intentionally blocking the alternative article to Article 3 of the Federal Court Law.
Kanna said to / the information / that "the Federal Court suffers from a shortage of one of its members, and it required the House of Representatives to vote on the Federal Court Law and to define the alternative article for Article Three."
He added that "the alternative article determines the party that names the members of the Federal Court," noting that "the political blocs in the House of Representatives deliberately not resolving the article and pass the Federal Court law."
Kanna explained that "the blocs wanted in a lined way to disrupt the Federal Court, since its convening means taking decisions."
