Baghdad - People
The US State Department expressed, on Wednesday, the US administration’s anger at the casualties in the missile attack that hit a house near Baghdad Airport.
In a statement, the US State Department spokeswoman, Morgan Ortagus, said that "people" received a copy of it (September 30, 2020), that the United States was outraged by the missile attack. To "take immediate action to hold the perpetrators accountable."
She added, "We have made clear before that the actions of outlaw militias backed by Iran remain the biggest and only deterrent to stability in Iraq, and these militias pose an unacceptable danger to everyone in Iraq from diplomatic officials and diplomatic facilities to Iraqi activists and families."
