Mubasher: The number of oil exploration rigs in the United States increased this week, while natural gas platforms have stabilized.
Baker Hughes data released on Friday showed that oil exploration platforms in the United States increased by one platform during the week ending today, to reach 310 platforms.
While the natural gas exploration platforms did not witness any change, to record 92 platforms.

By 6:05 pm GMT, the price of Nymex crude futures for April delivery rose about 3.5 percent to $ 65.97 a barrel.
The price of futures contracts for Brent crude for May / May delivery rose 3.6 percent to $ 69.18 a barrel.
During the same period, the price of natural gas futures for April delivery fell 2.1 percent to $ 2.69 per million British thermal units.
