[size=45]Yesterday, the Community Police announced the suspension of two cases of extortion of a woman and a girl in the governorates of Kirkuk and Anbar, with two separate operations.[/size]
[size=45]The Ministry of Interior said, in a statement, that "the two operations took place following two appeals via the hotline. In the first, the community managed to thwart an attempt to blackmail a woman in Kirkuk governorate by publishing pictures of her daughter on social networking sites in exchange for submitting to his despicable desires."[/size]
[size=45]"In the second operation, an attempt to blackmail a girl in Anbar province was foiled by a person who threatened to publish her personal photos in exchange for money and gold jewelry," she added.[/size]
[size=45]The ministry indicated, "The community police confronted the blackmailers with evidence of their involvement in the crime, and took the necessary measures against them, after it removed the content of blackmail and secured the woman and girl's accounts, as well as returning a recent phone to the Anbari girl from the blackmailer."[/size]
