The Ministry of Commerce in a press release broadcast media department and the Government Communication and received Agency for News News (et) to the Council of Ministers decided in its usual twenty-sixth authorize the Minister of Trade Khairallah Hassan Babiker to negotiate and sign a draft agreement on economic and trade cooperation, scientific and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic Bologna, as amended by the State Council, according to the provisions of Article 80 / Item VI of the Constitution.
The statement also explained that the Council of Ministers instructed the Foreign Ministry to prepare a document on behalf of the Government of the necessary authorization of the Republic of Iraq, Mr. Minister of Trade and contexts according to the approved, and submitted to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to sign the Prime Minister
