"

    And he said: We have succeeded in developing active diplomacy during the period of this government, as we have activated the strategic dialogue with the United States, and we have moved towards focusing on economic, diplomatic and cultural cooperation , and we have also succeeded in reducing the number of foreign forces by sixty percent .
    He added that " diplomacy Iraq helped Iraq also to get out of the crisis economic, where the formation of a group to communicate the economic invitation of us that stood beside Iraq in its crisis economic and continues to provide support for us in the course of reform and economic and apply the paper white ." 
     
    He stressed that we: We opened up to all regional and international powers , which created a positive impression about Iraq , its political stability , and the great historical opportunities for it .
    He pointed to the " visit of His Holiness the Pope came within these efforts, to provide support morally significant for Iraq, and a message to all that the Iraq environment for the convergence between religions and civilizations, and it exceeds the plight of war and destruction that was caused by Daesh, and that the people of the Iraqi people loving peace and proud of the diversity of religious , social and political .
    He continued: We have several memoranda of understanding and agreements that we have worked on during this period with all our Arab, Iranian and Turkish neighbors , despite all the differences that exist between these powers .
    Abizaid said , we raised the idea of the bright new and we are working on the application of by finding the interests of common and wide between Iraq , Jordan and Egypt, the will to create a zone of economic prosperous benefit of which all forces in the region and plays Iraq in which a role key .
