    A member of the Parliamentary Economic and Investment Committee, Nada Shaker Jawdat, expressed, on Saturday, her surprise at the insistence of the Presidency of the House of Representatives not to provide the deputies with the draft amendments regarding the region's share in the federal budget despite our demand for it, confirming that most of the representatives will stand firmly against any benefit to the region at the expense of others.
    Jawdat said in a statement to / the information /, that “most of the representatives who are currently in the House of Representatives do not have any clarity about the amendments that have been made in the paragraphs related to the region.” .
    He added, "Most of the deputies, especially the signatories of a request submitted to the Presidency, to discuss each paragraph separately relating to the region’s share of the budget," stressing that "most of the deputies will stand firmly against any benefit to the region at the expense of others."
