Parliamentary Finance clarifies the latest developments in the budget: This is regarding contracts and job grades
The Parliamentary Finance Committee clarified the latest developments related to the draft general budget for 2021 before the voting session. Committee rapporteur, Ahmad Al-Saffar said, "The budget has witnessed lengthy discussions and it has been agreed to fix some contracts and there are changes in favor of young people as well as appointments for those with health professions." Al-Saffar pointed out that "the budget deficit amounted to 28 trillion dinars and that it will be funded and covered from abundance only." The prices currently existing in the oil market, "noting that" the budget did not include any new loans, but there are repayments for the old ones. "
