    The President of the Kurdistan region, Nechirvan Barzani, called, Saturday (March 20, 2021), the United Nations and the Security Council to support "solving the problems" of Iraq, while stressing that the region will make its efforts to achieve stability, peace and a better future for the country.
    Barzani said in a message he sent on the occasion of the Newroz holiday received by  IQ NEWS , "Nowruz is the glorious national holiday and a symbol of victory, rebirth and liberation of the Kurdish people. It is a new year and beginning, and as it always inspires us hope and sends us strength and determination. Let us all rise, with this new beginning, By reviewing ourselves and learning from the mistakes of the past, let us be merciful and forgiving. Let us all look with hope and optimism to a brighter future. Let us unite all our strengths and capabilities, and let us work together, sharpen motivation and overcome difficulties. "
    Barzani stressed the need to end "the conflicts and differences of the Kurdish political parties, pointing out that" it has never brought Kurdistan to anything but more damage and fragmentation. "
    Barzani called on all parties to a joint meeting, after Nowruz Eid, in the presidency of the Kurdistan region, stressing the need to "work together for a better future for Kurdistan and preserve democracy and freedom."
