The removal of the head of the Turkish Central Bank from his post

A decree was issued by the Turkish presidency, on Saturday, to dismiss the head of the Central Bank, Naji Aghbal, from his post and to appoint Professor, Shehab Kafcioglu, as his successor.
This came according to a decree signed by the President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and published by the Official Gazette.
Commenting on the decision, Aghbal expressed his thanks to President Erdogan "for all the tasks that he saw appropriate and assigned to me to date, including the presidency of the Central Bank."
He also tweeted his thanks for his dismissal from the position as of today, and called on God to "bless us with what is good for us all."
The new president of the Turkish Central Bank, born on May 23, 1967 in Bayburt State (northeast), graduated from the Department of Administration at the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences at the "9th of September" university.
Kavcıolu also completed the Accounting Institute of Istanbul University, as an audit and control specialist, and went on to study Business Administration at Hastings College in England.
He obtained a master's and doctorate degrees at the Institute of Banking and Insurance Sector of Marmara University in Istanbul, and held many positions in a number of Turkish banks.
He also won the membership of Parliament during the 26th legislative session (2015-2018) for Bayburt, and he is married and has 3 children.
