    {Economy: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Finance announced, on Sunday, the procedures for disbursing grants and donations received by the Ministry of Health from inside and outside Iraq, while confirming that the priority of paying salaries to health employees, especially Al-Karkh, is before the ministries.

    The ministry stated in a statement that Al-Furat News received a copy of it, that "despite the financial crisis and lack of cash liquidity, the Ministry of Finance, represented by the Accounting Department, has given priority in its monthly funds to the Ministry of Health and Environment for the purpose of securing the requirements for medicines, medical supplies and operating expenses in Baghdad and all health departments in the governorates, and the rate of disbursement. 100% despite the lack of approval of the 2020 and 2021 budgets, as well as financing investment projects for the Ministry of Health, according to what we receive from the Ministry of Planning.
    She indicated, "that it facilitates the procedures for disbursing grants and donations received by the Ministry of Health from inside and outside Iraq by opening bank accounts for these donations in Baghdad and the provinces to confront the Corona pandemic."
    The ministry added, "It sent its cadres to the Ministry of Health for the purpose of assisting its cadres in handling mathematical matters in order to prevent delays in disbursing its funds. All these measures were in order to provide full support to the Ministry of Health to provide cash for them.
    It also gave priority in disbursing salaries to Ministry of Health employees, especially Al-Karkh Health before Ministries and paying the salaries of resident doctors based on cabinet decisions. "
    It also announced, "its endeavor with all its energies and cadres for the purpose of securing the requirements of the Ministry of Health in order for the country to overcome this ordeal and is fully prepared to cooperate with all departments in any financial aspects related to the crisis."
    While the Ministry denounced "the statements and justifications made by one of the health officials for the financial delay in providing financial support to aid health institutions," describing them as "
