Al-Kaabi added, "Some governorates have taken particulars in terms of allocations, including Dhi Qar Because of its situation where a fund has been allocated to it by about 300 billion, in addition to allocations for the development of regions and others, "noting that" the reconstruction fund for liberated areas has also been increased. "

He continued, "Most of the governorates allocations are for continuous projects, at a rate of 70% to complete their completion, while the remaining allocations are for new projects."
