Parliament intends to vote on a law protecting diversity and preventing discrimination

The Parliamentary Human Rights Committee announced, on Tuesday, its intention to vote on a number of important laws and legislations, foremost among which is the Law for the Protection of Diversity and the Prevention of Discrimination.
Deputy Chairman of the Committee Qusay Abbas said in a statement to "the information", that "the Human Rights Committee has important laws that are long overdue," indicating that "some of them need to be voted only and the other section needs to be read again."
He added that his committee "is in the process of legislating laws that keep pace with the progress of the world in the world, in terms of security, technology and social development," explaining that "the laws on the protection of diversity, the prevention of discrimination and the freedom of expression of opinion are important laws within the House of Representatives."
Member of Parliament, Riad Al-Tamimi, announced in a previous statement to / Al-Maalouma /, that the House of Representatives is preparing during the coming sessions to vote on a number of important laws and legislations that will complement the political and economic reform system. End / 25 h
