    "The company continues its serious commitment to enhancing the skills of Iraqi youth by providing scholarships to five students in the BBS educational program that extends over a period of 10 months," said Rashid Al-Janabi, CEO of the company in Iraq, in a statement received by Al Furat News, noting that "the program focuses To improve the English language and refine the skills of doing business for the participating students, and to help them prepare for entry into the private sector jobs, and it will help establish talented national cadres that contribute to the growth and prosperity of the country by enhancing their commercial and strategic acumen within their professional experiences in the future.
    He added, "The educational program covers three main topics during a period of 10 months, and includes: English language; professional development skills; and the foundations of doing business."

    The first session in the English language concluded its activities on the 15th of last January, after which the Professional Development Skills Course would start in February, and it is planned to continue until next April, and then the Business Principles Course that will continue until September of this year. According to Al-Janabi
    The last cycle of the program will include very important topics including business acumen, financial accounting, introduction to the areas of financial services and marketing, and economic affairs, in addition to miniature and specialized courses in specific areas such as financial technology.
    Al-Janabi stressed that, “in light of the company's decades-long business in Iraq and its long presence in the country, it realizes an urgent need to hone the skills of Iraqi youth and provide them with the information and expertise needed to join the professions of the private sector in the future. Their strengths are within key areas such as professional development and business skills, "noting that" the scholarships that we offer are based on their continued commitment to establishing the next generation of experienced Iraqi professionals and our continuous endeavor to support them in obtaining suitable job opportunities. "
    "The educational lessons will all be offered in personal attendance and virtually under the supervision and direction of a faculty that includes an elite of professional professionals who have long experience working with Iraqi students and the private sector. Successful students in the program will have job opportunities with many companies as trainees," he said.
    For her part, Christine van den Thorn, President of the Iraq Fund for Higher Education, a non-profit organization that administers the BBS program, said: “We aim to enable university graduates in Iraq to work for the private sector, so this educational curriculum is the product of hard work over many years to bridge a gap. The skills of Iraqi students, and how to qualify them to enter productive professions The program, specially designed for the Iraqi market, helps to address the problem of student unemployment and establishes talented human cadres in the private sector.
