    "The state inherited many problems in placing the doors of exchange in the budget, which was long overdue and exceeded all the acceptable timings, since we are not a state of institutions and we are dealing with the last moment," Al-Faily said.
    He added, "If there was a real understanding and an institutional system, every known governorate would have its income and expenses, but many political blocs did not accept transparency towards the provinces."
    Al-Faili pointed out that "there are forces that pay to obtain some gains through the budget gate, and some blocs have introduced issues that were not present in the budget.
    As for the currency auction, it turned into a way to enrich the influential blocs and raise it, reduce the smuggling of hard currency and contribute to the harm of the poor classes, and it was supposed to support them before the decision Height".
    He continued, "Some parties did not support the local industry, and there is supposed to be an integrated economic plan to reduce the burden on the citizen's shoulders through the government's economic difference and to set economic plans for the advancement of anew."
    Al-Faili also believes that "it was supposed to present an alternative paper to the white paper or support it; but political forces still view the state institutions as fiefdoms, and those who fight corruption are taking blows below the belt." 
    The political analyst concluded, "The problem in Iraq is not corruption, but rather the corrupt people who cover up corruption, and that when Iraq is freed from the grip of the parties, it will be one of the richest countries."
