    Mubasher: The First Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Hassan Karim Al-Kaabi, revealed the most prominent items that were approved in the federal budget for 2021.
    The media office of the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament stated, via Twitter, that the most important paragraphs that were included in the draft General Budget Law 2021 AD included the vote on allocating 4 trillion dinars for the development of the regions of all governorates to complete service projects in them, and allocating 400 billion dinars for the large port of Faw. .
    Al-Kaabi indicated that the vote was taken to delete the article on imposing an income tax and deducting the salaries of employees and retirees, and he refused to vote on articles that allow the sale of state real estate and lands that give investment opportunities as an exception from the laws in force, and vote to support the low-income and those below the poverty line.
    Allocating a trillion dinars to the petrodollar fund
    The vote was also taken to reduce the deficit in the draft budget, allocate $ 30 million for water desalination projects in Basra, vote on (the petrodollar fund) and allocate an initial amount of 1 trillion dinars, and vote on the provision of financial allocations for the development and reconstruction of Sadr City.
    The council voted on the article that includes one of its paragraphs allocating funds to the petrodollar fund for provinces producing crude oil, refined oil or gas.
    Voting was made on the Dhi Qar Reconstruction Fund and adding financial allocations to it in the amount of 300 billion dinars, and voting on the clause to install security guards in oil companies on the owners of the Ministry of Oil.
    Linking the public service to the Federal Service Council to achieve justice
