    {Economy: Al Furat News} A Saudi expert described Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi's visit to Saudi Arabia as "exceptional."

    Zayed Muhammad Al-Amri said {to Al-Furat News} that "Al-Kazemi's visit was exceptional and reaped fruitful results at all levels, and the echoes of the visit exceeded the regional level and reaped satisfactory results internationally."
    He pointed out that "Saudi Arabia is waiting for the leaders of Iraq to implement the agreements because of their bilateral benefit for both countries."
    On Saudi Arabia’s desire to invest in Iraq, Al-Omari said, "The Iraqi people are waiting for the Arab nation to stand next to it, and Saudi Arabia’s desire is wild for Iraq to be one of the nation’s poles and one of its main pillars, and it is pushing with all power with all the leaders."
    Al-Kazemi and a high government delegation visited Saudi Arabia on Wednesday, in response to an official invitation. 
    During the visit, Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman met with the signing of five joint agreements and memoranda of understanding between the Iraqi and Saudi sides.
    The two sides also agreed on:
    1- Establishing a joint Iraqi-Saudi fund, the capital of which is estimated at three billion dollars, as a contribution from Saudi Arabia in promoting investment in economic fields in Iraq, for the benefit of the Saudi and Iraqi economies, with the participation of the private sector on both sides.
    2- Cooperation in the fields of energy, renewable energy and activating and accelerating the joint action plan under the umbrella of the Saudi-Iraqi Coordination Council, with the need to continue cooperation and coordination of positions in the petroleum field, within the scope of work of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), and the agreement (OPEC +)
    3- Completion of the electrical interconnection project due to its importance for the two countries.
    4- Enhancing coordination in the field of mutual support and support within the framework of multilateral diplomacy.
    5- Enhancing investment opportunities for Saudi companies and inviting them to expand their activities in Iraq and in various fields, and in reconstruction efforts.
