Firstly/
- The Ministry of Education and the General Directorates of Education in governorates that are not organized in a region, to contract with lecturers, administrators, and free workers in the education sector to whom previous administrative orders and directives were issued from those who started providing their free services on May 1, 2020, or before that date, provided that All applications are being resolved on 1 September 2021 and the Ministry of Education to raise a monthly report to the General Secretariat for[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/1122135457/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1/ar/]Council of Ministers[/url] It shows the achievement ratios.
- The monthly wage granted to lecturers shall be (250 thousand dinars), and the monthly wage for administrators and workers does not exceed (250 thousand dinars), according to controls set by the ministry, taking into account academic achievement, and a decision applies to them. [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/1122135457/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1/ar/]Council of Ministers[/url](315 of 2019) and its amendments, in a manner that does not contradict the provisions of this resolution.
- The academic year is considered equivalent to the calendar year in relation to the wages payable to those covered by this decision.
- The Ministry of Finance must conduct the transfers necessary to implement this decision within the approved allocations in the Budget Law for 2021.
