    [size=45] The preparatory committee for the first conference of the Ministry of Immigration and Displacement on facilitating the return of the displaced to their homes and facing the challenges of return, which was set up by the ministry under the slogan (Our Displaced ... Challenge and Achievement), issued a set of recommendations included in the final statement, the most important of which are:[/size]
    [size=45] 1. Supporting the Ministry of Immigration and Displacement with the necessary funding to meet its financial needs for covering the expenses and costs of returning displaced persons to their areas of residence.[/size]

Preparing a financial fund from the concerned ministries to accelerate the distribution of financial grants to the returnees amounting to (1500,000) one million five hundred thousand Iraqi dinars for each family returning from displacement, the number of which reached (577,124).[/size]
    [size=45]3. Urging the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Planning and the relevant departments and institutions to direct international grants and assistance to Iraq and allocate them for the reconstruction of liberated areas that would accelerate the return of the displaced.[/size]

Urging the United Nations, its agencies and organizations to work jointly with the Ministry of Immigration and Displacement and direct its projects and programs to the areas of return of the displaced, as well as support income-generating projects and low-cost homes for destroyed homes and their reconstruction.[/size]
    [size=45]5. Activating the file of national and tribal reconciliation and peaceful coexistence between the displaced and their original community through their acceptance and integration into it and providing the necessary support for that.[/size]
    [size=45]6. Urging local governments in the liberated governorates to allocate the necessary resources from the regional development budget and the general budget to support the displaced, support and rebuild areas of return in order for the displaced to return to them and accelerate the compensation file for owners of destroyed homes.[/size]
    [size=45]7. Urging ministries and governmental and service institutions to direct their cadres, energies, and financial and human capabilities to reconstruct the areas of return and restore services in them.[/size]
    [size=45]8. Urging the political blocs and parties to direct their speeches, programs and representatives to support the liberated areas and the Ministry’s care categories, given that many of them are supporters and supporters of many humanitarian work in support of these groups.[/size]
    [size=45]9. Urging the House of Representatives with all its committees, staff and members, and from all governorates, to contribute to directing and monitoring government institutions and following up on their work to implement their government programs.[/size]
    [size=45]10. Support, support and activate the High Committee for Relief and Support for the Displaced, as it is the competent authority to provide humanitarian aid to the displaced and returnees and as the body responsible for implementing the supreme national plan for the displaced. [/size]
    [size=45]11. Forming a follow-up committee from the Ministry of Immigration and Displacement to monitor and follow up the implementation of the conference’s decisions.[/size]
