Today, Thursday, the Federal Integrity Commission announced the issuance of a summon order against the governor of Kirkuk and a number of department directors in the provincial office. Against the background of wrongdoing.
The investigation department of the authority said in a statement received by the "National News Center" that "the judiciary issued a summon order for the governor of Kirkuk and a number of officials in the provincial office."
He added that the defendants are all “directors of government contracts, general planning and engineering departments, as well as the former director of the accounts department, pointing out that the recruitment order was issued against the background of irregularities that marred some maintenance and furnishing work in the governorate.”
And she continued, "The recruitment order issued based on the provisions of Article (340) of the Penal Code was for breaches of furnishing the new governorate building, waiting lounges, and delivering electricity."
