    Yes Iraq: Baghdad

With the crowded desire of Iraqis towards the Corona vaccine for Pfizer specifically and not others, it is clearly evident why the Ministry of Health continues to raise the amount of contracts with Pfizer to supply the largest possible number of this vaccine to cover the increasing demand for it, while the Sinopharm and AstraZeneca vaccines are accumulating in health centers and hospitals without crowding. on her.

And the Ministry of Health began new moves to supply 4 million additional doses of Pfizer, to be added to the previous 3 million, which clearly translates into health efforts to take into account the increasing demand from Iraqis for the Pfizer vaccine alone.

The Director of Baghdad Health, Rusafa, Abdul-Ghani Al-Saadi, revealed the levels of demand for vaccines.
Abdul-Ghani said in a statement that “there are three vaccines in Iraq, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and Cinopharm, where the selection of the Pfizer vaccine was the highest, followed by Sinopharma and then AstraZeneca,” adding that “the citizen has the freedom to choose the type of vaccine he wants.
He added, "There are more than 700 vaccination centers in Iraq, and all vaccines are safe, effective and approved by the World Health Organization, advisory committees and experts in the Ministry of Health."
He continued, "The Minister of Health will sign a contract with 4 million doses of the Pfizer vaccine, 500 thousand doses of the Sinopharma vaccine will arrive at the end of this month and more than one million and 500 thousand doses through Kovacs will arrive very soon," noting that "Iraq has contracted more than 22 A million doses will all arrive in succession. ”

    All Not Guaranteed!
On the other hand, the Parliamentary Crisis Cell played down the feasibility of accepting a specific vaccine without another, while describing it as all "not guaranteed".
A member of the Parliamentary Crisis Cell, MP Riyadh Al-Masoudi, said, "All vaccines against the Corona virus were produced in emergency conditions, and therefore all do not have what is known as a guarantee, according to the World Health Organization."
He pointed out that "the Ministry of Health contracted with several different companies at the same time to import vaccines, because they were produced under the same conditions," indicating that "Western medicines are known for their sobriety, so there is a great demand for the (Fire-Biontech) vaccine."
He pointed out that "the Iraqis' demand for the (Pfizer-Biontech) vaccine, exclusively, is a personal desire, despite the fact that there are no real guarantees for the vaccine until after 3-4 years have passed."
