[size=45]MP Hoshyar Abdullah expressed his surprise at the celebration of senior state officials in hosting the (Gulf 25) championship despite the state of mourning that Iraq is going through due to the tragedy of Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital.[/size]
[size=45]He said in a tweet that he posted on his Twitter account: “With my sincere respect to Captain Adnan Darajal and those celebrating hosting the (Gulf 25) championship in the beloved Basra, how can we celebrate when there are 130 people who died unjustly in a place that is supposed to give them life and not death! “.[/size]
[size=45]Abdullah added: “By God, if they say that we will host the World Cup, we will not forget the tragedy of Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital, we will not be silent about this calamity.”[/size]
[size=45]It is noteworthy that the Minister of Youth and Sports Adnan Darjal had published on his Facebook page yesterday congratulations on the occasion of Iraq's hosting of the Gulf Arab 25, while social networking sites circulated a picture of a smiling man who puts his hand in the hands of a number of officials.[/size]
