The Social Protection said in a statement that "the authority would like to clarify that the retroactive payment for the first four months of this year will be disbursed to all beneficiaries as soon as the exchange notice arrives from the General Administration of Al-Rafidain Bank during the coming days after approval from the Ministry of Finance is required."
