    [size=45]The Federal Service Council revealed, on Thursday, the truth about the news circulating about its receipt of vacant job ranks from the ministries.[/size]
    [size=45]The spokesman for the Council, Wissam Al-Lahibi, said in a statement that "the news that was circulated in news agencies and social media about some ministries sending their vacant job grades to the service council for the purpose of declaring them as employment opportunities are incorrect."[/size]
    [size=45]He added: “In connection with this, I would like to clarify the following:
    1- Article 12 of the Federal Budget Law for the year 2021 has clarified the legislative position of the employment file with all the paragraphs it included, represented in the suspension of appointments in the state, as it omitted all job grades resulting from The movement of owners in all ministries and government departments, and suspended employment in contracts in all state institutions.[/size]
    [size=45]2- Most of the ministries and agencies not associated with a ministry have not yet completed their procedures for the approval of the Ministry of Finance of their staff.[/size]
    [size=45]He stressed that “the council is committed to implementing the provisions of the law in everything related to employment, and therefore any job degree if it fulfills the conditions stipulated in the budget law will not be filled until after it is announced in accordance with legal controls, and the selection from among the applicants for its occupancy will not be made except according to objective criteria. Approved by the Council.[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Lahibi called for “not to publish information related to the employment file except after referring to the service council before publishing it,” indicating that “the council is not responsible for any statement issued by others regarding the employment file and does not bear any responsibility or legal consequences for these statements.”[/size]
